Agenda:

* Despatch of membership fees - Registeration of club;

* Designated/lack of roles within the Adhoc Committee - suggest changes;

* Minutes of meetings (Adhoc and TM)/Newsletters;

* Media - proposed strategy - increase in membership;

* Follow-up system (as per toastmaster rules - pre/post meeting);

* Evaluation - constructive/destructive on progress to-date; propose solutiuons (do- ble) within the TM rules and regulations;

* Adhoc Committee members' attendance at TM meetings;

* Communication between Adhoc Committee members/hers.;

* Gavels Club

* Any other/s
